Elevator

An elevator is a machine used to vertically transport materials up or down. They are typically used in industrial or agricultural applications. An elevator consists of a carrier made up of a bucket or a pallet and a pulley used to vertically move the carrier. Elevators are used to transport large quantities of materials such as grain, coal, cement, minerals, chemicals, and many other materials. Elevators can also be used to discharge materials from a high point or to feed materials to a high point. For example, elevators are used in grain storage facilities to feed grains into storage tanks or trucks. Additionally, in the mining industry, elevators are used to transport materials extracted from mines to a processing facility on the surface.
