Pneumatic Valve
A pneumatic valve is a valve controlled by a pneumatic actuator. The pneumatic actuator provides the movement to open or close the valve using compressed air or gas. Pneumatic valve systems can be automatically controlled and remotely operated. Pneumatic valves are used in various industrial applications such as chemical plants, oil refineries, and water and wastewater treatment plants. Pneumatic valve systems are faster and more reliable than manually controlled valve systems. Additionally, pneumatic valve systems can operate without the need for electricity or other power sources.
